These terms cover this website. They do not cover a sale: a shipment is governed by the written contract, proforma invoice and documents agreed for that shipment, and those documents prevail over anything published here.

What this site is

Company information and trade documentation published by PT. Coco Reina Global Charcoal Indonesia, trading as Coco Reina. The business is B2B wholesale, factory-direct to importers — there is nothing to buy on this site. No cart, no account, no payment, no price list. The pages exist so that a buyer can check what we do and how we ship before contacting us, and so that the regulatory questions that come up in every charcoal enquiry are answered in one place.

The content disclaimer — read this one

Much of this site is regulatory: UN 1361, the IMDG Code, packing groups, self-heating tests, weathering certificates, carrier rules and customs documents. All of it is general information about how charcoal is shipped. It is not legal, customs, tax or dangerous-goods advice, and no page creates an adviser-client relationship of any kind.

It does not replace:

Regulation moves. A page here is accurate for what it cites, on the date it cites — carriers reissue tariffs, amendments enter into force, national requirements diverge. Where we print a source and a date, that date is the point of the sentence, not decoration. Confirm the current position with the primary source, your carrier or your broker before you book, declare or ship.

Nothing here is an offer

No page on this site is a binding offer, and nothing published here forms a contract. Specifications, availability, terms and lead times are quoted per shipment in writing. Where a page describes what we do — how we weather, what we declare, what we put on a document — it describes our normal practice; the documents issued for your shipment are what bind, and they are what you should read.

Using our content

Read it, print it, send it to a colleague, quote it. Short quotations are welcome with attribution and a link to the page quoted. What is not permitted: republishing pages whole, scraping the site to rebuild it elsewhere, or presenting our text as your own compliance documentation to a carrier or an authority. The text, structure and documents on this site are ours.

Links to other sites

We link to carriers, industry bodies and regulators to show where a statement comes from. Those pages belong to them: we do not control what they publish, when they change it, or whether a link keeps working. A citation is not an endorsement, an affiliation or a partnership.

Your side of it

Importing charcoal is regulated differently in every market. Whether a shipment may enter your country, under which documents, and on what terms is yours to establish with your own broker and your own authorities. Reading this site does not transfer that to us, and we would not be able to take it on if it did — we do not see your booking, your carrier's conditions or your customs file.

Limits

We keep this site accurate and dated, and we correct it when we find it wrong. But it is general information, published free, read by people whose shipments, carriers and jurisdictions we know nothing about. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from acting on it without your own professional check. If you find a page that is wrong or out of date, tell us at export@coconutcharcoal.org and we will fix it.

Privacy

This site has no form and no account, so you hand us nothing by reading it. Google Analytics does run on every page and does set cookies. The privacy policy sets out what that collects and how to block it, what we hold when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

Changes to these terms

This page carries the date it took effect. We update it when the site changes; the version published here is the one that applies.
