Documents we hold, and how to verify each one
By Mohamad Sinno, Charcoal Expert · Last updated
Everything below is a document that exists, with the number and issuer you need to check it independently. The section after it is the one worth reading first: an explicit list of what we do not hold. Anything not on this page, we do not have — whatever you may have read elsewhere.
What we do not hold
- No ISO certification of any kind — not ISO 9001, not ISO 14001, not any other. We are not certified to a management-system standard.
- No SGS certificate. Our laboratory work is done by the laboratory named below, and it is not SGS.
- No FSC or other forest certification. The feedstock is coconut shell, an agricultural by-product, not forest timber.
- No factory audit report of our own yet — no BSCI, no SMETA, no customer-commissioned audit we can hand you.
- No "UN certification". UN 1361 is a classification for transport, not a certificate anybody issues to a company — why UN 1361 is not a certificate.
We publish this list because "certified" is the easiest word in this trade to use loosely, and because a supplier who tells you what it lacks is easier to check than one who does not.
Licences and registrations
Every value below comes from the NIB issued 21 November 2025 or, for the NPWP, our tax certificate, and nothing beyond them. Where the certificates are silent, so is this page.
| Registered legal name, per the NIB issued 21 November 2025 | PT Coco Reina Global Charcoal |
|---|---|
| Registered office | The Mansion Bougenville Fontana (Office Space Unit BF Lt. 10 No. K1), Jl. Trembesi Blok D, Pademangan Timur, Jakarta Utara 14410 |
| NIB (business identification number) | 2111250039416 · issued 21 November 2025 |
| NPWP (tax identification number) | 1000000007001557 |
| Incorporated | 20 November 2025 (Akta Pendirian No. 25) |
The name and the NIB are verifiable in Indonesia's OSS system, which is the point of printing them: a registration that does not resolve, or resolves to a different company, tells you more than anything we could write here. How to run that check on any Indonesian supplier: verifying an Indonesian supplier's NIB and NPWP.

Corrections, August 2026
The registration table was rebuilt from the OSS certificate on : the NIB shown since 21 August was not the certificate's number and was replaced; the tax number, business classification, scale and risk lines matched no document we hold and were removed. On 29 September 2026, the company name across this site was corrected to the registered name, PT Coco Reina Global Charcoal — the "Indonesia" the site had appended was ours, not the registry's — and the incorporation date was set from the deed. Everything in the table above now comes from a document we hold.
Corrections, September 2026
On we withdrew a laboratory attribution. Until that date this site listed a third analysis, credited to PT Carsurin with a report number and a month, and published a fixed-carbon figure on a dry basis that appeared nowhere else. No such report exists. We hold no document from that laboratory, the four values credited to it matched none of the certificates we do hold, and the dry-basis figure is on none of them either — so the report, its number and every figure published under it are withdrawn, and the number will not be reprinted here.
What we cite instead is what is in the table above: three certificates of analysis from PT Beckjorindo Paryaweksana, numbers 000957, 000964 and 001061, dated June and July 2026. The third was added in the same correction. The measured ranges on our laboratory reports page moved on both ends as a result, and no figure on this site is now on a dry basis, because none of the three certificates states one.
The rule this leaves behind is worth stating plainly, because it is the one we failed: we name no laboratory we hold no document from, and every published laboratory value matches a report we can produce, by number.
Laboratory reports
3 reports from one laboratory, PT Beckjorindo Paryaweksana, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by Indonesia's national accreditation body, KAN. The accreditation belongs to the laboratory, not to us. Each report describes the sample it was drawn from and is valid 90 days from issue — it is not a guarantee about a future container.
The laboratory's registration is LP-090-IDN, accreditation valid until 27 June 2027 — read off KAN's public register on 7 September 2026. That is a reading with a date on it, not a standing guarantee: entries are suspended and withdrawn between checks, so treat it as a pointer to the register rather than a substitute for it. How to search it, and what the rows show, is on how to verify a lab report.
| Report | Issuer | Dates | Scope | Validity | Copy |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Beckjorindo COA 000957 | PT Beckjorindo Paryaweksana | Tested 17 June 2026 | Proximate analysis — moisture, ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon | 90 days from issue | Download the report |
| Beckjorindo COA 000964 | PT Beckjorindo Paryaweksana | Received 24 June 2026, tested 25 June 2026 | Proximate analysis — moisture, ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon | 90 days from issue | Download the report |
| Beckjorindo COA 001061 | PT Beckjorindo Paryaweksana | Received and tested 23 July 2026 | Proximate analysis — moisture, ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon | 90 days from issue | Copy on request |
On all three reports: they carry our registered office in Jakarta, which is the address on the NIB and the tax registration. Our production site is in Bogor. Both are ours; a laboratory addresses its report to the registered entity.
What each report measured, which method it used for which parameter, and the three figures we publish no number for: our 3 lab reports and what they measured.
How to verify each of these yourself
- The NIB — look it up on Indonesia's OSS system. A registration that does not resolve, or resolves to a different company name, is the single most useful red flag available to you, and it costs nothing to check.
- The legal entity — the Ministry of Law's AHU registry holds the company record against the name above.
- The laboratory reports — contact the issuing laboratory directly and quote the report number. The laboratory prints its own contact details on the reports themselves, which is the point of publishing the PDFs rather than a summary of them. Do not take our transcription of a figure for the figure.
Common questions
Do you have ISO 9001?
No. We hold no ISO certification of any kind. Every document we hold is listed on this page with its number and issuer — anything not listed here, we do not hold, regardless of where else you may have read it.
Is UN 1361 a certificate?
No — it is a UN classification number for shipping, not a quality certificate; see the dangerous-goods pages.
Need a document we have not published?
Ask the export desk. If we hold it, you will get it; if we do not, you will be told that rather than sent something adjacent. PT Coco Reina Global Charcoal answers its own enquiries — who writes and reviews this site. The operating figures behind these documents are on about Coco Reina: the factory, the people, the numbers.
