I own the company and I write most of this site. I also answer the export desk myself, so the person who wrote the specification page is the person who replies when you ask about it. That is unusual enough in this trade to be worth stating plainly.
Which company, which factory
There is more than one coconut-charcoal business using similar names, and more than one person with mine. So, precisely:

The count is generated from the pages themselves rather than kept in a list, so it is what the site actually carries.
What I do not do is review my own regulatory work. Shipping, dangerous goods, customs and the country guides go to Budi Hartanto; quality and production claims go to Budi Dharmawan. A reviewer who is also the author is not a reviewer. What each of them checks before a page publishes, and where our figures may come from, is set out in our experts and editorial standards.
The figures I will not publish
We have no calorific value, no burn time and no drop-test score, because we have never commissioned those tests. Competitors publish all three. I would rather tell you the test does not exist than print a number that would fall apart the first time a technical buyer asked which laboratory produced it — and the numbers circulating for this product do fall apart under that question.
